As part of our growth strategy, we are now expanding internationally and are looking forward to showcasing our solutions and expertise to a wider audience.”
The multi-format conference will cover a plethora of banking-related issues and trends, with a growing focus on FinTech, it’s role within the financial world and its application within the existing ‘legacy’ infrastructure.
Enabling the Digital Economy
This year’s theme is “Enabling the Digital Economy” and this theme will be represented by four sub-themes that will run through the week across the whole Sibos 2018 conference:
- The way in which data, AI and robotics are pushing services and innovation forward, and how they are forcing for business models to renew
- The new technologies and paradigms that can tackle financial crime by sharing intelligence
- Facing the challenges posed by cybersecurity in the new digital economy
- Adaptation to the world’s new geopolitical and regulatory priorities (Source)
How NorthRow Can Help Enable the Digital Economy
At the event Black intends to share some of the lessons NorthRow have learned as part of Open Banking in the UK where NorthRow support Open Banking’s identity-proofing and verification processes as part of their client onboarding.
In addition, NorthRow continue to play a role in reducing fraud via their single API based solution that helps financial services clients with their AML and KYC requirements.
NorthRow offers clients a range of solutions from automated regulatory compliance checks through to a managed services capability for enhanced client due diligence.
The NorthRow platform delivers a unique combination of automated and managed Identity Verification (IDV) and Know Your Customer (KYC) services, all via a single API, to help make onboarding as frictionless as possible whilst meeting Anti Money Laundering (AML) and other compliance requirements, including MiFID II client suitability and appropriateness checks.
NorthRow’s, single API solution also supports client suitability and appropriateness checks (in conjunction with our partner munimos), enabling automated regulatory compliance checks for enhanced client due diligence and on-boarding.
